The younger of our Alidis range. Wine without stay in barrel which has an attractive cherry red color and nose aromas are predominant in the nose.
Tasting details
Vineyards: Elaborated exclusively from the vineyards of the family property, young vineyard from scion of the family's century-old vineyards. They are located south facing with gravel soil and clay subsoil.
Varietal composition: 100% Tinta del País.
In visual: Attractive cherry red color with violet rim.
In mouth: Intense and fresh fruity aromas, light and fresh , easy to drink , with persistent fruity final notes.
Maceration: Controlled temperature under 28ºC , 15 days maceration
Recommended consumption: 16ºC
