  • Visual phase
  • Brilliant rubi garnet red with rust color flashes, upper-middle layer.

  • Olfactory phase
  • Intense and highly complex nose, marked expression of fruit in jam. Hints of cocoa, leather, spice, some toasted note and much vanilla. Fruity cherries in liqueur or rum raisin background.

  • In mouth
  • In mouth it is soft, unctuous, with certain body and correct acidity. Firm pretty polished tannins, mature, sweet and fleshy. Marked fruity expression. Persistent and balanced. Consistent and very mature.

  • WARNING:
  • Due to its natural development without chemical additives which ensure their stability, and taking into account the heavy phenolic of this wine, you may find some precipitate in the bottle, that does not change its organoleptic qualities and the quality of the same one. That is why we recommend its decanting before serving.
